Since December of 2017 Operation Impact has brought joy to underprivileged children and families to give them a holiday to remember based on their needs.

How it started & How it's going!
Operation Holiday Impact was the birth of our organization. It is the heart of who we are to serve communities in need. It’s where fun meets compassion. The focus of our annual initiative is to provide children gifts during the holiday season they would otherwise not receive without our team efforts. For every $200 we are able to give one child presents fit to their wishes.
Since 2017 we have given 7,584 adults and children across 19 communities and 5 countries gifts. Not only did they receive tangible acts of giving but the intangibles of hope and joy for a better future.
In 2022 we raised $279,724! This was our biggest number to date.
Our giving is an extension of who we are. The world is kinder and more compassionate place because of you.
WE DID IT IN 2022!
Looking back at Operation Holiday Impact 2019, I don’t know what was more fun and rewarding: raising funds by selling brownies to morning commuters with my daughter, closing down and tearing through the aisles of Target in search of footballs and laptops for our 12-year-old lucky boy with not a worry of money, or seeing everyone’s grateful and emotional faces upon receiving their surprise gifts!
It’s a true culture of contribution amongst the leaders of Operation Impact and we are so lucky to follow in their footsteps of radical generosity! And to have our 2-year-old witness and be a part of it is just icing on the cake!

All contributions designated for specific projects shall be applied to those projects, and we may assess up to 10 percent to be used for administering the gift. Occasionally, we receive more contributions for a given project than can be wisely applied to that project. When that happens, we use these funds to meet a similar pressing need.
