Backpacks For A Cause
The future lies in our next generation, that being our children and their education. 29% of families can’t afford the school supplies needed for their children’s education. To Be the Change in these kids lives, Operation Impact has hosted Backpacks for a Cause! In the last 2 years we have partnered with 13 communities to support title one schools and non-profit organizations that serve kids in need across the United States. Collectively given brand new backpack filled with school supplies to 7,532.
We mobilize our volunteer efforts to purchase, collect, fill and drop off their backpacks at designated distribution sites. It takes an army to pull together and give!
What we most enjoyed about giving out backpacks was the joy the children felt knowing that they would now be equipped for their upcoming school year.
YOU CAN BE THE CHANGE in a child’s life by participating every summer. We mobilize our volunteers, serve our partnering communities and equip our children so that they may be empowered in their education.
Our next Backpacks for a Cause will be in the summer of 2024!

All contributions designated for specific projects shall be applied to those projects, and we may assess up to 10 percent to be used for administering the gift. Occasionally, we receive more contributions for a given project than can be wisely applied to that project. When that happens, we use these funds to meet a similar pressing need.
